• Content you provide: resumes, job descriptions, cover letters, saved templates, application records, and interview practice answers.
• Payment information: billing status, plan, amount, and provider transaction references. Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment providers, not by us.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

3. How we use information

We use your information to deliver the service, generate tailored resume and interview content, maintain your account and subscription, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

Resume and job description text you submit is sent to our AI model provider to produce the requested output. Only the content required for that request is sent.

5. Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate the service, including our hosting and database provider, our AI model provider, and our payment processors Razorpay and PayPal. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your resumes, templates, and application records until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your account and content by contacting support.

7. Security

Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account through row-level database access rules, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.
