Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers purchases of Hiringbot Day Pass, Premium, and Advanced plans made through Razorpay or PayPal.
2. Monthly plans
Your subscription auto-renews each month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no email needed. Cancelling stops all future billing, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. There is no partial refund for the current month already paid.
3. Annual plans
Your subscription auto-renews each year. If you cancel within 30 days of your purchase (or renewal) date, email support@atinternational.online. You will be charged the equivalent of one month at the standard monthly plan rate for the usage period, and the remainder of your annual payment will be refunded. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can still be cancelled to stop the next year's renewal.
4. Day Pass (1 day)
The Day Pass is a one-time $4.99 purchase that unlocks all Premium features for 24 hours from the time payment succeeds. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and it never renews. Because the pass is consumed immediately and in full within 24 hours, it is non-refundable once access has started. If a technical fault prevented you from using it, email support@atinternational.online within 48 hours and we will review it.
5. How to cancel or request a refund
Monthly plans can be cancelled self-service from your account/billing page. The Day Pass requires no cancellation. Annual plan cancellations and refund requests must be sent by email to support@atinternational.online from your account email, including your purchase date, plan, and payment provider reference. We respond within 3 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal). Razorpay refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds typically settle in 3–5 business days. Bank timelines are outside our control.
7. Exceptions
- Purchases where the account has been suspended for terms violations.
- Repeat refund requests from the same account.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting support.
