Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Hiringbot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit content you have no right to use, or another person's data without consent.
• Do not misrepresent qualifications, employment history, or credentials.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass access controls.
• Do not resell or redistribute generated output as a competing service.

5. AI output

Generated resumes, cover letters, scores, and interview answers are suggestions produced by an AI model. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome.

6. Plans and billing

Premium and Advanced plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Razorpay or PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans renew yearly and can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewal. The Day Pass is a one-time payment that grants all Premium features for 24 hours from purchase and then ends automatically; it is not a subscription and never renews. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases or renewal terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost employment opportunities.
